Tick Tock Goes the Clock

My toddler started singing the Tick Tock Goes the Clock theme from Doctor Who (Night Terrors, most notably, but also Closing Time and The Wedding of River Song). But to get the lyrics, I had to do a bit of a web crawl, and I haven't included the verse I read flying around twitter, (his friends they watched in sorrow/ the doctor dies tomorrow) though I'd place it before the final verse if including it, which we often do around here.

Tick tock goes the clock
And what now shall we play?
Tick tock goes the clock
Now summer's gone away? (Missing from video)

Tick tock goes the clock
And what then shall we see?
Tick tock until the day
That thou shalt marry me

Tick tock goes the clock
And all the years they fly
Tick tock and all too soon
You and I must die

Tick tock goes the clock
We laughed at fate and mourned her
Tick tock goes the clock
Even for the Doctor

Tick tock goes the clock
He cradled her and he rocked her
Tick tock goes the clock
Even for the Doctor.

Tick tock goes the clock
He gave all he could give her
Tick tock goes the clock
Now prison waits for river

What about the part where it goes:
"Tick tock goes the clock
he cradled her, he rocked her.
Tick tock goes the clock
'till River kills the doctor."
I thought I heard this at the end of the Closing Time episode?
