Pink Saturday: Watch Out- She Bites
Spouse says this was approximately the face with which Mongoosine first greeted him, only much much smaller, and not so much the pink vampire teeth.
Since then, we have seen this face at least once a day, in one way or another.
Whether admonishing us for joking that we might have peered near her "super secret diary" or grumbling because we didn't psychically know that her BFF had just turned Mean Girls
on her. Somedays it's tough, but as a parent, you know, "you should know."
This year she wants to be a vampire for Halloween. Somehow, I wonder if her costume should come with a warning label.
Last week I stumbled upon Comfort Cottage in my Pink Saturday hopping adventure. I'd never been to her blog before, but I really liked the subdued tone (as opposed to the oh-my-gosh hyper & screamin' colorful tone of mine) as well as the delightful vintage pieces she'd gathered for our viewing pleasure.

I love a strong woman! Good for her. I see a bright future. Happy Pink Saturday!
When the blossoms of summer begin to fade we can always count on Pink Saturday to bring a smile to our faces and to remind us that somewhere there are pastels and pretty things.
Thanks so much for sharing this week. I wish you sunshine and lollipops today and always.
LOL!!! Very cute picture! Aren't the tween years fun? NOT!!!
I think you should let her be a vampire, it's an easy costume & one you almost never have to worry people will ask "What are you supposed to BE?"
Happy Pink Saturday!! I'm not with it enough this week to have a post up, but I enjoyed reading yours.
She is too too cute. Hope your day is Pink.

I had some similar to these when I was little - couldn't be parted from them! Those, and the plastic Cinderella shoes with the sparkly bits inside... Fun fun fun
Happy (belated) Pink Saturday! (I'm still trying to visit everyone).
