Prayers for Diedrich

My niece's son, Diedrich has been a tenacious little boy. Born around 24 weeks gestation, he has faced numerous health obstacles and fought his way through each of them better than expected, but one thing he can't overcome on his own. Diedrich has been waiting in the PICU for a liver, and tonight he's finally getting the much needed transplant.
So I am asking for your positive thoughts and prayers for Diedrich. Look for the Prayers & Support for Baby Diedrich site on facebook for more information on this special little boy.
I'll be praying for him, his family, his transplant team, and the donor's family tonight.
