We have this pretty picture window at the head of our ed. I love it. It lets in lots of light and heat in the winter, and in the winter,I need lots of sunlight.
But there's a problem.
I have a toddler.
My toddler likes to climb up into the deep windowsill and pound on the window.
He's a strong little hulk of a toddler.
I'm terrified he's going to pound right through the glass, hurt himself, possibly badly, and create an expensive problem.

Good Morning Sweetie...
I think it is time you invested in some nice wooden shutters. Bring them out to the edge where he can't climb up on the window anymore, but it will still allow you the light that you need. You may have to invest in some good ones for the weight, but it would be so worth it in safety.
Check out Craig's List if you have one in your area. Folks are always reselling nice ones out here in Phoenix, and you could probably get a great buy.
Have a glorious Monday. Country hugs and much love, Sherry
Sherry, that is a much less ghetto solution than what we ended up doing, tough I suspect he'd have broken those too.....
